-Papas a la huancaina: Boiled potatoes topped with a creamy yellow pepper and fresh cheese sauce.
-Ceviche: Tender fish strips, marinated in lemon juice and spices served with sweet potato, onions, corn and lettuce.
-Tamal: Tasty pastry made of corn filled with chicken, egg, olives.., served with marinated onions
